Project Details

This project in Pangbourne came with a clear deadline – the house needed to be ready in time for a family wedding in August 2022.

With work starting in November 2021, Aslan Construction & Development had just nine months to deliver what was originally planned as a 12-month build. It was a tight timeline, but we were fully committed to making it happen.

The transformation was extensive. We completely gutted the existing house, added a 9,000 sq ft extension, and built a light-filled orangery to enhance the living space. We also converted the loft into a fully equipped beauty salon.

The end result was a stunning, bespoke home delivered on time for a truly unforgettable occasion.
