Aslan Construction & Development were commissioned to revive a derelict house that had been left untouched for years. The building was in such poor condition that it had to be almost entirely demolished, with just one elevation remaining.

It was then down to our expert team to create a careful and considered rebuild that respected the character of the original home.

Working closely with our client, we rebuilt the house to match its original specification, bringing new life to a forgotten structure while staying true to its roots.

The finished home now blends traditional charm with modern quality and comfort, creating a timeless space our client can enjoy for years to come.
