Project Details
Having owned and used the site for recreation purposes for over 20 years, the owners decided it was time to build a permanent family home there.
Their initial vision was a traditional brick and flint design, however, local authorities were not favourable to the design.
Undeterred, the clients reimagined their plans and submitted a proposal for a contemporary, design-orientated home. Approval was granted, and we began construction on a truly bespoke residence.
Completed in July 2024, the finished home is a striking, modern space that blends thoughtful architecture with high-quality craftsmanship.
The clients are now settled in and enjoying their bespoke new home.
